I didn't know the Nimrod is still flying.

I use to fly with Nimrods out of RAF St. Mawgans/ Keflavik/Azores and Bermuda with my P3. 1970's.ASW missions. We were jealous.

NIMROD!
Also yes you are correct they retired the NIMROD.
Also RAF bought into the RC-135 V/W RIVET JOINT PROGRAM and I believe we added 3 tankers to the RJ fleet.
