Is that not an F-5 ?

I vote for F-5 as well. Single pilot.

My vote is for T-38. If you do some online research you will see this has the features on the T-38. The nose is clearly curving up; nose gear wheel is narrower, etc. Also, there is a rear canopy with what looks like some equipment in that area. Anyway, I support the OP "T-38" designation.

Definitely a T-38 since it does have the backseat cockpit. To the best of my knowledge the F-5 was primarily, if not exclusively, for export to US allies.

I’m pretty sure it’s a T-38. The F-5B has wider main wheels/tires that fit into a slightly bulged wheel well. Also, unlike the T-38, the F-5B has leading edge flaps on the wings. It’s hard to tell, but these devices are not evident in this photo. Both are sleek looking aircraft, though.

I know it is a T-38. I flew those in pilot training and what a blast that was, literally. The back cockpit looks to have the hood pulled over the back seater for instrument training. Although, we always waited until we were airborne to do that and fly by only instruments. The front seater always got the landing.

I think the F-5 has wingtip modification for missile attachment too.

Looks like the back seat has the doghouse installed that is used to carry cargo/ parts. Definitely a T-38 but they did make some 2 seat F-5’s. There was a squadron of F-5’s at Williams AFB in the late 1970’s flown in support of fighter training done at Luke AFB on the other side of town in Phoenix. I was a T-38 instructor there way back when, the T-38 was and still is a great plane.

I thought that this plane flew for Condor :-)

A little late to chime in here but as a maintainer it’s a T-38. F-5s are those single seat look a likes. Worked F-5s at Ramstein AB, Germany in 1974 in transient maintenance. Those were some worrisome days because if the Middle East tensions.
Both are great aircraft.

Good Pic Ken. I've always had a soft spot for the Northrup T-38 family; T-38, F-5, & F-20. One of my college buddies became an AF flyboy, and he loved to explain that the flight school transition from T-28 to T-38 was like going from a chevy pickup to a Formula-1 car. Filling in some time before retiring he wound up back at Larado, as he described it, "as a 'guest' IP" and he always emphasized the guest part. (I got the impression it was out of respect for the guys that were his real IPs, back in the day.) But to my delight, I got to visit him during that period and his commander allowed him to take me along on a flight. I came away appreciating the Formula-1 reference.
