CONVAIR CV-580 (ZK-CIE) - End of the line for CIE; she's been progressively parted out until the state we see her now. Whether the fuselage will be saved like with CIF is unknown, but it seems she will not fly for the foreseeable future, unlike the combi aircraft, CIB, which has reportedly been offered refuge by Bring Our Birds Home in Wanaka; an organisation already home to an EMB-110 and Fokker F-27 - and with sky-high aspirations in saving the 747, DC-10 and 737 among others.
