Piper L-14 Army Cruiser. There's also a Piper YL-14 in Minnesota.

jobeard - this one ain't no "Bird Dog"... The "Bird Dog" was made by Cessna Aircraft Company... Cessna's L-19/O-1 Bird Dog...
