I have flown into 5B2 on numerous occasions and have always found the staff and service outstanding . I generally fly out of Teterboro (KTEB)or Lauderdale Exec. (KFXE). The fees from North American comparatively are extremely reasonable. It is a business by the way! The amount of personalized service is not what I am used to receiving at my home airports. Carpets at the base of my air stair to having all of our luggage immediately loaded into carts and same upon return . The manager John always goes the extra yard and I had the opportunity to speak directly to the FBO Owner Frank when I mentioned a small maintenance issue . He immediately had his head tech looking into it within 5 minutes . BTW " NO Charge " . Again they always seem to go above and beyond. Airport runways in excellent condition same with taxiways, lighting and local traffic . All were very easy to deal with . On a scale of 1-10 North American and 5B2 rate a solid 10 do not hesitate to use them . I fly a Citation X | ||
