Called ahead and when we arrived (tower closed/closed field ops) there was some initial confusion as to where to park as no one was there to greet up. Part of that I'll take a hit for since I called in on the wrong freq. Everything else was top notch. We received a crew car without issue to grab a bite to eat, but like most places it's first come, first serve. The only issue I had was not being met with a marshaller, but I would recommend Flightline First and use them again.
They do a great job at Flightline First. As an added bonus, there is a good restaurant next door in the recently remodeled old terminal building. The restaurant is Messina's Runway Cafe. Excellent food and good service. I will be stopping here again to fuel and get a great New Orleans style Po-boy.
I have never been treated so RUDE!!!!!! I have been coming in the FBO over my 37 years of flying. As a corporate pilot and a popular flight instructor I have brought many of my students. Today I had to go pick up a plane at the Avonics shop next door. The plane still needed work and I had to leave it. I went to the FBO to wait for my ride in the pilot lounge. A lady came and advised me they don't normally let the Avonics shop customers come in their FBO. I said I can leave and she said no. Then a lady whom I have seen over the years came and ask about my planes and advised me that the shop was closed and was a part of signature FBO and wanted to bring me there. I said was working on my ride. She advised me that now I will have to escort you back to your plane because you can't go back on the ramp alone. Then another came and ask are you a flight line customer. I advised him that I have been coming there for years and he said well they don't recognize you. So I guess you treat customers you don't recognize like crap!!!! I left and walked to signature who welcomed me with a very polite and courteous staff. So , after years of going to Flightline I will NEVER return.
