Write a review of S.O.A.R.501(c)(3) organization offering aviation services at the Bolivar airport engaging local pilot community to offer ground school, flight training, aircraft maintenance and friendly place for aviation to thrive. NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2019 a $50.00 landing/ramp fee will be charged for aircraft with a GTOW of 6,000 lbs. and over. Fee will be waived with minimum 50 gallon fuel purchase.
