New FAA Chief: 737 MAX Will Not Fly Until Completely Safe To Do So

提交时间:

The new head of the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Stephen Dickson, said that the organization is not following any timeline to return the Boeing 737 MAX into service. "This plane will not fly in commercial service again until I'm completely assured that it is safe to do so," he said during a swearing-in ceremony in Washington, DC, earlier today. It obviously is the only thing he can say now, no surprise here, but let’s wait for the result.

We receive continual up-dates on the MAX only to be told it will be OK at a later date. Later dates have come and gone without an airworthy aircraft. I have serious and credible reasoning that this aircraft will never fly. Months have transpired and there is no fix. It seems like Boeing and the FAA are intentionally misleading us. The larger engines had to be moved so it could fit under the wings. It really screwed up the weight and balance with no solutions and I doubt this can be repaired and software will not resolve these critical problems. Its like they built the wings with bricks.
