Article doesn't address the safety of pilots that are actually in the aircraft they are flying. I hate the bureaucratic process as much as the next guy, but this is a fine example of why it is needed. These things need to wait until the ADS-B mandate and NextGen are in full swing to share airspace in my opinion.
