The "look" with woods and tile don't mean a thing except to a few guys in lavender loafers. Give me a lounge with comfortable furniture, excellent food, and enough room to move about. Worse thing ever done was to allow elites on coach tickets in the lounge. Decent showers are a must nowadays, and an escort to the gate is always a nice touch.
