The Australian Transport Safety Bureau has opened an investigation into a collision at Moorabbin Airport on April 11. Piper PA-28 VH-TXH was returning back to Morrabbin Airport after experiencing a “rough running engine” when it overshot the runway and collided with a taxiing Cessna 172.
