Small plane crashes outside Republic High School Missouri

Looks like the aircraft might have recently been bought by someone. This might be the start of a bad day for the mechanic that did the purchase inspection/repairs.

Not much info here. Were they in t/o, ldg, or even near an airport. Flying low and gliding are two different things. Minor fuel leak because only unusable left? ????? Off airport ldg at nite=lucky.
