Reminds me of the flap between the Beatles and Steve Jobs over who gets to use the word "Apple."
LOL, I am waiting for Delta to sue American for tacky service which tarnishes their product when customers are lured to American with promises of quality. This could end up as a PR nightmare for American.
If it is referring to coach then neither one qualifies for "Flagship" service
