Sounds about right, scrimp on the pilot training so you can put a novice in our next 100M dollar MIC project! Can't make this merd up!

Mike wasn't referring to your comment, he was referring to the current trend if wokeness that wants people to use pronouns when addressing people.

Only so much can be done in a simulator I agree hands on stick time is the only way a person can truly understand an aircraft fully.

It always kills me when people ask me if I flew planes in the USAF. No, most of us are not pilots or flight crew. I processed pax and cargo, like working a civilian airport, I was Aerial Port. I drank a lot of beer while off duty.
