A Lufthansa Airbus A321-200, registration D-AIDI performing flight LH-34 from Frankfurt/Main to Hamburg (Germany), was in the climb out of Frankfurt's runway 07C when the crew stopped the climb at FL090 reporting they had "a little smell of smoke in the cockpit" and wanted to return to Frankfurt.
