This guy needs to fly his own airline to see first hand how miserable it is. What they should be doing is filling/selling EVERY seat with last minute "sale prices" if needed, the same way hotels do when they have low occupancy. Walk up to nearly any airline counter, airplane leaving in 1-2 hours, and you pay MORE than most people on the plane. How about getting some revenue for all seats filled vs. $00 for empties.
